Success of increasing thrust of science and technology on human affairs and its renewed and added applications depends on their wide and valid publications. Therefore, strong and broad infrastructures of publishing agencies are inevitable. Global mushrooming of periodical publications have taken place but not to the extent of keeping pace with volume of works waiting for publications. Whatever opportunities exist is preoccupied by the senior scientists of repute. The Young scientists, number of which has tremendously increased only within last few decades to shoulder the erotological loss, are at the crossroads of many technological problems and publication of their works is one among them. Many potential young scientists are lost after or even before reaching their goal mainly due to lack of their proper and due exposure. Introduction of the Journal entitled ″PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE BULLETIN″ is an attempt to provide opportunity to such deprived lots of young scientists along with those reputed scientists who are generous enough to come forward for encouraging the young scientists.
